DD2 Shares Parent Release Form for Students Living 1.5 Miles from School

DD2 families who live more than a mile and half away from school and wish for their children to walk or bicycle to and from school may complete a parent release form. 

If you have not already received a walker/biker tag, please complete the form linked below.

Important Notes:

• Only students in 3^rd grade and above may travel home alone.
• PK-2nd grade students may not walk/bike to their destination unaccompanied and will only be released to an adult with the matching Student Pickup Number.
• K-2nd grade students may be escorted by older siblings.*
